Our doctor is a female orthodontist. There aren’t many female orthodontists in the State of Illinois! Dr. Johnson is a mom with 3 kids. She attends her 3 children’s swim meets, soccer games, basketball games, etc. just like you do!!! There is only one orthodontist in our practice which ensures continuity of care to all of our patients. Convenient office hours – we offer before school/work appointments and after school/work appointments. Attractive, comfortable office with an inviting reception room where you can relax and enjoy a hot cup of coffee, cocoa, or tea. Fully-equipped office and an in-house lab and lab technician – insuring quality, convenience, quick repairs, specialty needs, custom designs and quick turn around. Highly experienced staff work here. We are a customer service based practice and try our best to run on time for appointments. We have cool colored expanders and retainers available with neon colors, glitter, glow-in the dark, decals etc. You get to design your own in our office! Cutting edge OSHA approved sterilization center which ensures safety and quality of care. We have patient sign-in to enhance “on-time” appointments which allows for quick recognition and efficient care. Staff has had orthodontic treatment themselves, including the doctor. Also, staff and doctor have had family members in treatment (either now or in the past) in our office. We treat many dental and medical professionals as well as their families and staff in our office! We attend Continuing Education seminars - for doctor and staff. We have regular in-service days for instruction, learning, and sharing knowledge. Great welcome board and finished patient display case – we’re proud of our patients! Enthusiasm generated in our office with neat give-aways during our quarterly contests. – We keep our office a Fun Place to come to! We see people of all ages from age 6 to 72! We treat special needs patients and we are also wheelchair accessible. Dr. Johnson has experience in general dentistry and hospital surgical dentistry prior to her orthodontic training – she has broad based experience for difficult, adult, periodontal, and surgical restorative cases. We use “State of the Art” brackets in our office and use the highest quality materials in the industry. All materials are fresh and new and we don’t recycle any orthodontic products in our practice. We use cutting edge technology with digital radiography and digital photography. We have clear colored braces and treat with Invisalign too. Our high tech wires mean that we only need to see our patients every 8 – 10 weeks (not the traditional every 4 weeks). This means fewer trips to the office and less interruptions to your already hectic schedules. We pride ourselves in making orthodontic treatment affordable for the families that come into our office. We do not charge interest or carrying charges. Payment plans are individualized and customized to fit your family budget. The doctor is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists. We have private treatment rooms for those patients that prefer not to mingle with other patients in our clinic. Our staff is one big family that generates the warmth and affection we feel amongst ourselves on to our patients. The doctor and the staff go the extra mile to make sure patients are comfortable and happy. We have a Family Care Program where discounts are given to 2nd, 3rd … family members we treat here.
